Yoga became a way of life for Leslie when her youngest son had started preschool and she found she had the time to dedicate to her practice. She was hooked after her first class.  She quickly realized that having an hour or two out of the day to focus only on herself and what was happening on her mat was so important that she soon became a regular, practicing during any free time she had.  She found it challenging yet it left her with a feeling of peace and contentment. She now practices and shares her love of yoga and meditation with her husband and children who are now 14 and 16. Leslie completed her 200-hour teacher training in 2016 and quickly started teaching as often as she could. She loves to teach vinyasa, focusing on cuing and alignment, and is always sure to weave a yoga philosophy or spiritual theme throughout class. “Yoga is a lifestyle for me and I have a strong desire to share my love and knowledge of the philosophy and practice with everyone and anyone!” Leslie takes pride in the fact that she has influenced most of her friends and neighbors to practice Yoga. “It fills my heart to see their growth and share the love and passion I have for the practice with them.” “Yoga has enriched my life in insurmountable ways!”
