Fun Fact: I entered a Fitness Bikini Competition 3 weeks before the show and placed at the age of 56, in a age class 35 and up! The closest contestant to my age was 38!
I have been teaching hard core fitness classes for 30 years. I love what I do and know that my purpose in life is to help people improve their mental and physical well-being. In that vein, I decided to start practicing and teaching Yoga, which I knew would be better for my body in the long run. To me, yoga embodies the connection of Mind, Body and Spirit through meditation and breath control. This is so important for our health!
