Mollie’s yoga journey began at The University of Colorado where she learned to use it as a way to reset throughout her week while working in public relations. It wasn’t until she moved to Switzerland in 2009 that she dove deeper into her practice and decided to make a career change to a yoga instructor. She has never looked back! She embraces yoga into all aspects of her busy life as a mom of 3, a wife, a friend and a biodynamic gardener. She loves to seed and compost and grows everything she and her family eat!
