I grew up dancing ballet and dealt with numerous ankle injuries throughout my career. In college one of my ballet professors introduced me to Pilates and I found it to be a great form of cross training and injury prevention. I went on to pursue my Doctorate in Physical Therapy and I now utilize my background in dance and pilates to help treat orthopedic injury in dancers and non dancers alike.
