Advanced You
This is not your average Pilates class. Advanced You is a high-intensity session designed to challenge your strength, stability, coordination, and control—all while staying true to Pilates precision. Expect powerful core sequences, dynamic transitions, and minimal rest. You’ll move with purpose, sweat with intention, and leave feeling fierce, focused, and fully worked. Power Hour

This 60-minute Power Hour reformer class is designed to challenge and strengthen every major muscle group through intentional, low-impact movement. You’ll flow through dynamic sequences that build core stability, improve flexibility, and enhance overall strength and alignment. Expect a steady pace, mindful transitions, and that signature Pilates burn on our custom Project X refromers—from warm-up to final stretch.
