Advanced You

This is not your average Pilates class. Advanced You is a high-intensity session designed to challenge your strength, stability, coordination, and control—all while staying true to Pilates precision. Expect powerful core sequences, dynamic transitions, and minimal rest. You’ll move with purpose, sweat with intention, and leave feeling fierce, focused, and fully worked. For experienced clients (minimum of 10 previous classes recommended) ready to level up and push past their limits. *GRIP SOCKS REQUIRED

 

 Power Hour

One hour. One machine. One powerful full-body experience. This 60-minute Power Hour reformer class is designed to challenge and strengthen every major muscle group through intentional, low-impact movement. You’ll flow through dynamic sequences that build core stability, improve flexibility, and enhance overall strength and alignment. Expect a steady pace, mindful transitions, and that signature Pilates burn on our custom Project X refromers—from warm-up to final stretch. Suitable for all levels, with modifications and progressions offered throughout. *GRIP SOCKS REQUIRED

 

Jump In Reformer

Get ready to lift off. This high-energy Reformer class is all about the jumpboard—blending heart-pumping cardio with the core-focused precision of Pilates. You’ll bounce, glide, and flow through dynamic sequences that challenge your endurance, coordination, and control. Think powerful legs, deep core activation, and a rhythm that keeps you moving from start to finish. Low impact, high intensity, all on our custom Project X reformers. Guided by breath and gentle pacing, this class uses long holds, light resistance, and mindful movement to help improve mobility, posture, and overall ease. Your instructor will guide your group through a sequence designed to challenge, restore, or rehabilitate based on your fitness level and preferences.
