During the pandemic I was living in the Netherlands where I met Wim Hof’s team. I loved how the Wim Hof Method made me feel and I knew I wanted to share that feeling with others. While training with Wim in Poland, I did things I never thought I would do including climbing a mountain in the snow wearing just my shorts. I learned to connect deeper within myself in ways I never imagined. Now I get to share it with everyone. It’s an amazing life.
