The Breathwork Experience & Sound Bath

Journey inward through an evening of profound healing as the instructor guides you through a transformative breathwork practice, seamlessly followed by a deeply restorative sound bath. With intuitive spoken guidance and a blend of healing instruments and music, the instructor facilitates a powerful energetic shift during the breathwork, inviting expansion, clarity, and emotional release.

As your breath creates vibration and awakens the body, you’ll be gently led into a grounding sound bath featuring the resonant tones of gongs, didgeridoo, and crystal singing bowls. Candlelight Restorative Yoga & Meditation

Restorative Yoga is a gentle, floor-based practice designed to cultivate deep rest and rejuvenation. With the support of bolsters, blankets, and other props, each posture invites the body to release tension, the mind to quiet, and the breath to soften. This nurturing environment encourages a shift away from stress, allowing the parasympathetic nervous system—the body’s natural healing mode—to activate and restore balance.

Through stillness and mindful presence, students are guided toward emotional ease, mental clarity, and physical relaxation. The practice concludes with 10 to 15 minutes of meditation, offering the perfect transition into a state of profound tranquility and inner calm.

We meet at Newport Harbor Patrol Beach, paddle out, anchor our boards, and flow through a sequence of asanas beneath the warmth of the sun, surrounded by the tranquil waters.
