After 11 years in finance, operations, and accounting, I felt called to a new path. In 2022 Pilates found me and the way it slowed my mind, body, and soul completely shifted my life. What began as two classes turned into four, then six, then twelve, and soon I was teaching across five studios.
I am endlessly grateful for this career and the chance to share my passion for Pilates with others. Helping people feel stronger mentally and physically is the most rewarding part of what I do.
