What should I bring to the training?

Bring comfortable Pilates attire, grip socks, and a notebook or laptop for notes. You’ll also want to have water and light snacks to stay energized during sessions. All course materials and manuals will be provided.

Is there an assessment or final exam?

Yes. The program concludes with both a written exam and a practical teaching assessment, where you’ll lead a 45-minute Reformer Pilates class demonstrating your understanding of techniques, cueing, and class structure.

Are there additional hours outside of the weekend training dates?

Yes! To receive your certification, you’ll need to complete 50 observation hours and 50 teaching hours outside of the scheduled weekend sessions. These hours allow you to apply what you’ve learned in real class settings, gain hands-on experience, and build the confidence to lead effectively before graduation.

If I am absent how do I make up?

All missed sessions must be made up in order to receive your certification. The lead instructor will guide you on how to complete any missed material through additional practice, observation, or private sessions. If a private makeup session is required, you’ll be responsible for covering the instructor’s hourly rate.
