Alexa is a yoga instructor, meditation guide, and sound healer devoted to creating nourishing spaces of safety, presence, and deep connection.
As a former competitive dancer, movement has been a constant through every phase of Alexa’s life. She began the physical practice of yoga nearly 2 decades ago, and after a car accident in 2016 left her with neck and back injuries, yoga became her sanctuary. Through her own healing journey, she experienced the profound power of yoga not just to strengthen the body, but to restore trust, awareness, and wholeness through both the physical practice and the philosophy.
Inspired by this transformation, Alexa committed herself fully, wanting to share the gift of yoga with others, and became a certified RYT-500 yoga teacher, training in both California and Bali. Her classes are intentional sanctuaries where breath, grounding, and gratitude intertwine, supporting students through every season and phase of life.
Her work is rooted in the belief that meditation (whether through movement, stillness, or sound) is a homecoming, an invitation to return to the present moment, return home to yourself, and reconnect with the beauty of simply being.
