Andrea was born and raised here in Newport Beach, but has traveled the world which has impacted her outlook on life. Yoga has been her passion for over 25 years and she has been teaching for 11. Coming from an athletic background, her classes reflect strength, surrounded by self awareness, and breath. Her idea is for us to live from the soul and the heart, so much so, that our mind becomes the servant. She is on the schedule 4 times a week and treats each class as a new beginning.
