About: growing up in Seattle, Emily spent her childhood immersed in music 🎶Playing violin, piano and singing whenever possible! After earning a Bachelors and Masters degree in Music, Emily traveled and sang for a year in Europe. Upon returning in 2008, Emily was introduced to Pilates in LA by a close friend. Once Emily moved to Orange County in 2010, she realized Pilates was something she could see herself doing as a career. With a strong passion for how the body works and building strength from the center out, Emily can help guide your practice and help you achieve a tall spine and lengthened, toned body.
