Fun Fact: I’m a bi-coastal professional dancer and actor, and have had the pleasure of performing in several Broadway National tours as well as with artists like Gwen Stefani, The Rolling Stones, and Rihanna.
As a dance major, several of my professors recommended obtaining a fitness certification to support myself as I auditioned for performance work. I didn’t know much about Pilates beyond mat work, but I enrolled in a comprehensive Pilates certification right out of college and learned as I went. It was the best thing I could have done for myself as an artist, and I’ve been teaching ever since.
