Fun Fact: I am a professional dancer- I dance at Disneyland.
As a dancer, I initially incorporated Pilates into my training, but it wasn’t until college that I truly embraced it. My solo choreographer was the head trainer of the Pilates program, which sparked my interest. I took a few classes to enhance my dance skills, and soon realized I wanted to dive deeper. I completed my certification and discovered my passion for teaching Pilates. Each day is a new opportunity to learn and grow, both as a student and an instructor, and I feel like my journey has just begun.
