Meet Sarah! With over 20 years in the health and wellness industry, Sarah is a seasoned strength trainer, yoga instructor, and Pilates expert. She’s been teaching yoga for 17 years and her favorite style to teach is Vinyasa Flow, where she blends movement with breath to create a seamless, energizing experience. Always active and outdoorsy, she spent over 10 years as a hiking guide at a wellness center in beautiful Laguna Beach, where her love for nature and fitness truly blossomed. Passionate about healthy nutrition, Sarah also loves creating and sharing wholesome meals that fuel the body. She’s excited to share her passions in her wellness retreats and workshops, where she helps others find balance and wellness in all aspects of their lives.
