I started practicing yoga when I was in college and it became an outlet for me to release stress and get out of my head. I fell in love with it and started to notice a huge shift in my overall energy, focus, clarity, and happiness. After I got my BA in psychology, I had a strong call to go deeper into yoga and my spiritual practice and saw myself teaching. I followed the call and took a 200hr intensive Hatha Yoga training in Bali, Indonesia in 2015. To me, yoga means to bring yourself into your highest alignment; mind, body & spirit
